Below are the basic template guidelines for the preparation of the paper.

Paper Submission: The Articles can be submitted by two methods; first direct email to us at editorjtseit@gmail.com or through the submission form available online on the homepage. If the author finds any kind of technical difficulty in form submission online then he/she can easily email us his/her paper. Both methods of submission will be given equal importance.

Paper Layout: Authors may prepare their Manuscript in a separate A4 size document and then cut or copy their article and paste it into our Template. Another option is to use a Template for writing research work from the beginning. All the research work of authors is only accepted in ENGLISH language and Font face is TIMES NEW ROMAN only. Major font and paragraph specifications are given in TABLE. The number style used may be Number or Roman Numerals depending on the author’s way of writing the Manuscript. Heading and Subheading of the section are written as I. INTRODUCTION or 1. Introduction, it may be in the Uppercase or Sentence case. Try to keep the Manuscript precise All the body text is justified (not heading and subheading). Types of Articles: All the submitted articles should be author(s) original work, not considered for publication in other Journals, it should be experimental data or theoretical application. Article submitted to the Research Publish Journals Should meet journals’ rigorous peer review standard for considering it for publication. All authors are advised not to submit Plagiarism material. Some of the major types of the article published by our journals are given below:

a) Original Research: These articles should clearly and preciously describe the original research work. It should show the methodology used and experiments done for obtaining new findings. It should be accurate and complete so that others can easily verify the work.

b) Short Note: Short note usually describes a new idea and innovation, it is not a completely full-length paper or complete transaction with some new findings. Usually, a short note shows the change in scenario due to some technological advancement in a particular area.

c) Survey/Review Articles: Review articles show literature survey of a particular area/problem in an organized and precise manner while Survey paper gives the common comprehensive outcome from many research work analyses.

Copyright Transfer Details: Corresponding authors should fill out the copyright form by using ink pen and sign it for the transfer of the copyright of the article to Research Publish Journals. Now scan this copyright form and send this soft copy (image file or pdf format) along with the Paper/Manuscript by email or through form submission. The author can download Copyright Form at the author’s home on the top menu of the website homepage.

Submission Terms: Authors are advised to agree and read carefully the terms and conditions, privacy policy, and disclaimers of this website before submitting their manuscript for publication. The corresponding author is solely responsible for approval taken from all co-authors for submitting a manuscript. The article contains no such material that may be unlawful, infringe any proprietary or personal rights of others (including, without limitation, any copyrights or privacy rights); that the Work is factually accurate and contains no matter libelous or otherwise unlawful.

Review Process

Most of the Research Publish Journals are Peer Review in Nature. The peer-review process for journals is the assessment of a manuscript/ paper/ article by one or more reviewers of the same expertise or proficiency.

Usually, these methods are more suitable for the assessment of journals’ performance, accuracy, adequacy of work, and quality of work. One other term is scholarly peer-review journals means proper scrutiny of scholarly work is done by the expert reviewers of the same field.

The method adopted for the Final assessment of the manuscript for decision is made by the executive editor after reading the comments from the reviewer. The executive editor may accept, reject or accept the manuscript with correction. Once the manuscript is accepted then it will go to the next step of publishing.

Once the article/ manuscript/ paper is accepted then the publishing process by the publishing team is initiated. Usually, it will take one day after acceptance.

All Authors are advised to check emails in the spam folder as well as in the inbox of their mailbox. Communication with the author will be on every step during the entire publishing process.
